Cancellation, Return & Refund Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting customer support via phone or email.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that delivery.
If a cancellation request is made within 15 days of starting a one-month subscription, the following conditions apply:
- The discount offered for the subscription will be revoked.
- The bill for the services utilized up to the cancellation date will be recalculated at the full price without any discounts applied.
- Any remaining balance after this adjustment will be refunded to the customer.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:
- If a delivery is canceled with at least 48 hours notice, a refund for the canceled delivery will be issued.If there are quality issues with the products received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
